Thank you for your interest in being at The Angel! So that we collectively take good care of this building and each other, please adhere to the following:

- With the exception of weddings or similar large events, you and your team are responsible for setting up and cleaning up, including tables and chairs. For an additional fee, we can provide assistance.
- The space must be restored to the state in which you found it. This includes cleaning up any programs, leaflets, wrappers, etc. Please ensure that the floors are swept, spills cleaned, and food leftovers removed from the premises. Please take recycling with you, and place all garbage outside in the bins. These measures help us to avoid pest issues.
-All food served at larger affairs must be coordinated by a professional/commercial facility. See our list of preferred vendors, or let us know if you have someone else in mind. Homemade items may not be served at any event (though grocery platters and delivery items are acceptable).
- If you plan to serve alcohol, a liquor rider must be included in the insurance coverage provided by you or your caterer.
- No smoke of any kind, fog machines, open flames including candles, or other fire hazards permitted at any time. Please inform us if you plan to use sternos.
- No mylar or helium balloons permitted due to interference with ventilation systems and ceiling fans (the fans in Pitkin cannot be used). Regular balloons are permitted as long as they are all removed at the close of your event.
- No confetti or glitter permitted.
-Please be sure windows and doors are closed and lights turned off at your departure.
- A surcharge will be imposed if your event ends more than 15 minutes after the contracted time.
