Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art that blends martial arts, dance, music, and acrobatics into one powerful practice — it builds strength, flexibility, and community, all set to the rhythm of music and song. It’s for every body and every age; come move, laugh, and be part of a new community class! No experience necessary just wear comfy clothes and bring good energy!
